Before launch, Imprimatur collects exactly one piece of personal data: the email address you give the waitlist. This page says what happens to it.
Who is responsible

What is collected, and why
Your email address, so that we can write to you once when Imprimatur opens. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored alongside it — no name, no company, no profile.
The legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Confirming the address (a link in the first email) is what puts you on the list; if you never confirm, the address is deleted.
Who else sees it
The list is held by [WAITLIST PROVIDER], acting as a processor on our instructions. It is never sold, rented, or used to build an advertising audience.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe, or until twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed addresses are removed after thirty days.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent at any time — every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which deletes the address rather than merely silencing it. You may also ask for a copy of what is held, or for it to be corrected or erased, by writing to [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Analytics, and why there is no cookie banner
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile. That is the reason this site does not interrupt you with a consent dialog — there is nothing to consent to.
